Customers should be very wary of a highly recommended fitter especially if, as it appears, there is a family link. The fitter blamed the supplied materials, the plumber, squint walls and the alleged uneven floor for what appeared to be his own shortcomings. Copious amounts of silicone were then used to cover up the quality of his work. The shop goes to great lengths to distance themselves from the fitters, saying they are independent but, at the end of the day, they gave a high recommendation. Very disappointed. Items supplied by the shop were mainly as expected but not impressed at their failure to respond to emails.
It was not made clear that they do not fit bathrooms anymore, you have to organise your own fitter although they do have a list. They wouldn’t release the bathroom design until I had paid 50% of the bill so it was difficult to get a quote for the fitting. The shower I picked was changed without informing me and it turned out to be faulty. The company refused to replace the faulty shower and I had to go through the warranty. I was pleased with the bathroom although expensive and found a great fitter but would not use the company again.
Fantastic local bathroom company, All the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Its great that we have this local company where you can get answers to your questions, see the great products and at good prices. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and will use again.
Rab is a lovely guy who talked us through everything to do with our new bathroom suite. Great showrooms with plenty of choices and all at very reasonable prices. We cannot wait for the bathroom to be done as the 3d print he gave us of the design looks amazing. The staff are all very friendly and I highly recommend using Rab Corder if you need a new bathroom

He was very informative and had a good amount of stock. Arranged a visit to quote on new bathroom.
Friendly and knows his stuff, but expensive and doesn't really listen to customer needs.
So many things wrong since fitted. Always fobbed off! Been a disaster since day 1
Great service, good price, what's not to like?
Stunning liked everything but a bit expensive lovely quality .
