Worst customer communications and items I have ever experienced. A watch bought for my partner’s 40th has spent more time in the repairs department than on his arm in the first 18 months of owning, with three returns for the same condensation problem below would you have this watch for £400 with a recurrent condensation issue?. Countless attempts to contact by phone and email, with no replies, no response to requests for call backs, or the provision of repair reports. I have no trust in this watch or this company.  They are now trying to decline a refund requested nearly 6 months ago with inaccurate information.

I recently purchased some lovely Georg Jenson earrings from this company at a great sale price.. They arrived promptly and well wrapped.. I had a small issue of a loose butterfly back on one earring which was sorted by Kristie who was very  friendly and helpful, sent me a return postage label, she made it  all so easy and I now have them back… Perfect!  I would recommend and they  have some fabulous jewellery on their website,  so I will be back for more. Thanks you

I honestly couldn't be more disappointed with the service I have received with C W Sellors. I ordered a watch under the impression it would arrive in 2 weeks. 2 weeks passed, no watch. I contacted them to understand where my watch was and was told it would take another 6 to 8 weeks. 6 weeks passed, I contacted C W Sellors again to understand where my watch was and was told it would be another 5 weeks. At this point I canceled my order and requested a refund for my deposit. I was told it would take 7 to 10 working days. I am still waiting for my deposit with no communication from C W Sellors. Please buy your valuables from another retailer.

So, CW Sellors with Jura watches is an awesome brand. They were so patient and helpful to me. I was always wondered about their extremely wide selection of products and the quality of their service, whether it is direct selling, offering loan or managing other special request of a customer. After many years this is my favourite company. I’m thankful and I’m looking forward to continue this great connection with them.

This company has such a beautiful selection of Whitby jet jewellery. I purchased a gorgeous diamond and jet ring and found the customer service, next day delivery and whole shopping experience enjoyable and convenient. Harriet from the online team was great with her communication. I will definitely be purchasing again soon. Thank you!

One of the best buying experience I had purchasing a watch and this was done online.  Harriet was very responsive to my inquiries and was patient as the process took some time.  There was no pressure that was being added and when I finally pulled the trigger, her colleague, Kristie, helped me close the buy.  Really recommend them esp for international buyers who are making a trip to UK to purchase watches that are not easily available in their home markets!  Definitely it will be first of many!

Absolutely appalling service. If you're thinking of buying anything from CW Sellors, please reconsider.  I purchased a watch online from them in July. At the time, the watch was "in stock" however CW Sellors seem to order directly from the manufacturer and I was initially told it would be a 4 to 6 week wait. After constant chasing, I finally got confirmation that the watch was on it's way to CW Sellors at the end of August. This never happened.  After yet more chasing they'll never call you back despite promising to, and most of the time will ignore your emails I was told that the watch hadn't come in and it was now out of production. I was offered an alternative that was 60% more expensive - sounds like bait and switch to me.  I phoned up today and got more rubbish about the brand rep being away, they've had more issues with the manufacturer etc. Has he been away for the 3 months since I placed my order? I eventually got fed up and asked to cancel. No sincere apology, no offer to make things right, really poor customer service.

Online purchase with CW Sellors. Harriet was the team member assisting me. Although it should be given as standard, it isn't always, but Harriet's customer service was excellent, she extremely helpful and courteous throughout the whole process, and was able to facilitate a very welcome discount. Thank you for that. I would have no hesitation in revisiting CW Sellors in the future.

The service I received from this lovely jewellers was first class , Harriet was so helpful especially when I was still grieving from losing my mum which was the reason I was buying this watch out Money she left me so it had to be perfect and it so is , will treasure forever xx

I recently purchased a ring for my wife from C W Sellors. I spent a lot of time researching what I wanted and kept coming back to this family run business. From beginning to end, I cannot fault the service I received from them. I was particularly impressed by the quality of products offered by this business.
