After much looking around for the right caravan, we ended up at R&K Caravans. Some of the best, well priced used caravans we'd seen. The clincher was Kevin's customer service both on first visit and in keeping us in touch as he had the ' van prepared for our collection, and thorough handover when we picked it up. Made us feel like very valued customers. Highly recommend.
Well worth taking a look at the stock at R & K. These are some of the best used caravans we had seen and their prices are very competitive. Having purchased a lovely Bailey Pageant Monarch tourer from Kevin we were kept informed whilst it was prepared for us. On the day of collection he was so helpful at handover offering advice, tips and making sure we were safe. A year's warranty sealed the deal and we are very pleased with our new caravan. Thank you Kevin! You have a lovely family business there in Southwick!
We contacted Kevin about a Coachman caravan and arranged to view the next day. We told him we were coming from Devon which would be a 3 hour drive. We stepped inside the caravan and instantly noticed a big damp patch along the ceiling and more damp patches on the wall. There was no apology and he denied knowing about it!
Picked up our caravan today 25/05/2024, kev couldn't of been more helpful with advice and information as it's our first caravan so pleased with what we have bought fantastic value for money thanks Kev for all your help
Bought my first caravan off Kevin a few months ago. Had a couple of small unforseen problems after buying worked when I bought it. Contacted Kevin and nothing was too much trouble. He was only to happy to help and sorted the issues out really quickly. Will definitely only buy any future caravans off Kevin again. He's great. Would highly recommend
