Usually great but had to keep reminding them which service we wanted, they kept telling us the wrong one! Luckily when I dropped the car off I reminded them again as they had it down for a different one! and not to nitpick but they didn’t vax the boot during the service, they missed that bit nAlso the check engine light came on when we got home, called up and they said if it was related they would fix for free but if not the diagnostic would be £120

Excellent experience from the outset. All staff throughout were polite and took time to explain options along with a lovely test drive on a variety of roads. Further explantation of the car and instruments with an offer of ongoing support if needed.nRegular updates on order and delivery times for the new car. New car collected today and everything was explained again with further offer of ongoing support from all staff. Well done and thank you Eden Vauxhall Fareham.

The experience was of staff, particularly Harry, who were professional and friendly. Prior to pick up ,Harry ensured that we were continually updated as to delivery of the car.On pick up day Harry ensured that the car was immaculately presented and then followed this up with detailed knowledge of all the various functionalities.
