I hound them very helpful. I didn't buy a policy from them because I got one cheaper elsewhere but dealing with them was a good experience.

Had 3rd party insurance, was involved in hit and run accident and the police where involved. Was advised I had to pursue the claim my self because I have 3rd party insurance. They only pursue if you have full comp insurance. I even had all the details from the police to pursue a claim. This was not a legal cover issue. Never again despite the price.
