Terrible company! I took insurance with these people for a 125cc scooter, recommended by a friend. I rang up Carole Nash to update them of me passing my full motorbike licence and was informed that a £40 admin charge would be enforced. I was then informed that the insurer was asking for another £102!!!! the excuse is that i have more access to roads!?!?!?! who in their right mind would take a 125cc motorbike onto a motorway????
I felt like i was being ripped off! i asked about cancelling the policy and was told that it would have a £50 admin charge attached to it. I had no choice but to cancel the policy. 

In summary i had a choice of £40 charge to do something that i was legally obligated to do, pay another £102 to the insurer for taking my test and becoming a more proficient rider or pay £50 to cancel the policy. Carole Nash have literally held me to ransom!! you should be ashamed of yourselves!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, they assisted me to make the best choice from all options at a very competitive cost and in a speedy manner. Blown away by the quote in comparison to my existing insurer and it includes full RAC cover from home.There is also an option to include my car later in the year when that falls due. A very sensible and practical option. Fantastic, thank you.

Quick and easy to insure my motor scooter. Much better price than my previous insurers. Just hope the premium doesn't double next year! So far so good.

I have to say that I was very impressed with the service I received form Carole Nash. My request wasn't straightforwards but nothing was too much trouble and I was happy with where we ended up pricewise.
