Very bad customer service. The old woman who’s working there, seems to be racist as she told my friend to find another place, when he asked a general question about the machine. Her and her tipsy friend were laughing away as he walked away,

Love this place have been coming here for years. Josie who runs the place is always a great help and would recommend to anyone

Truly, truly awful.

I have never witnessed poor customer service like it.

We arranged a service wash over the phone. We arrived on time but the old lady running the place wasn't there. We waited a full 30 minutes for her. Still no sign. We decided to at least fill the washing machines and start our own service wash.

The owner then shows up and shouts at us, so severely that she made my girlfriend cry. Upon seeing tears, she carried on. This was witnessed by other customers.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

If there was a more official line of complaint I could take, I would pursue it endlessly.

I beg everyone to avoid this place, just because the lady who runs the place doesn't deserve your custom.

Someone please buy this place out.

Quick and spick, does what it says on the tin! Not staffed all hours so bring plenty of new £1 coins, 50p and 20p pieces.

Nice place with good facilities. Opened for long hours but mostly without staff so if you come early or late you have to manage on your own and bring enough of the right coins.
