They damage our clothes and lost one of our button. Went back and the stuff said they’re not responsible for losing a button. Also that woman responded in very bad attitude. Will not use again and hope others avoid this.
Got some cooking oil stains and spots on my jacket. All disappeared in just 1-2 days time. Well done and highly recommended.
I went to Johnson's to get my suit pants cleaned had a number of marks and the manager served me and cleaned my pants. She did a brilliant job and the press was absolutely superb I'm ex army so it's hard to Impress me with creases but I'm very impressed. I will 100% use this cleaners again.
Whilst you're not exactly spoilt for choice when it comes to Dry Cleaners in Ashton, Johnson's is the only one worth going to. Excellent service, perfect results. I bring my longcoat to them on the regular after having put it through hell and it always comes back as fresh as the day I bought it. Prices are very reasonable too and the staff are a pleasure to talk to. Highly recommend you make this one your regular today.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. They will always go out of their way to accommodate your every need. The cleaners is situated within Asda, with ample parking.
Took my duvet to be cleaned, it has taken over 2 weeks! When I first dropped it off, I was told that the duvets were not cleaned on site but sent off, and that would be done on friday, since the duvet is super king and no where near fits into my washing machine I went with it, assuming that it would be returned after- which would have taken it to 1 week, a little long but given the cost of replacing, I thought I'd make do for a week. Heard nothing from Johnson's that Saturday, so Sunday nipped in to find out. Was told that it had been taken on the Friday, but wouldn't have been sorted/ cleaned until Monday at the earliest and return would be Friday again because of the deliveries and that should have been explained. Friday has come and gone again and still no duvet. It's now monday and I have just phoned the shop, duvet is back, but the message confirming this hasn't been sent to me. Poor service in this case I'm afraid. If I'd known it would take this long I would have taken a book to the launderette instead, it would have been a hell of a lot cheaper.
Pleased with the service and a lovely smelling coat after they had finished only had to wait 2 days I will be using them again
