Really pleased with the work Paul did to get our boiler back up and running, punctual polite and very good at his job, his quotation was the cheapest out of 4 other quotes !!

Paul is a an honest, efficient and straight to the point Engineer. I was confident our boiler problem would be fixed just from speaking to him over the phone, which he picked up even when I called a little after his hours of operation. We had no hot water for a few months and had had a cowboy engineer look at it (literally), charge us loads of money then not turn up to finish the job. Paul came in the day I called him and diagnosed the fault in no time. He came back when he said he would and fixed the problem like majic. Thanks for the first class service Paul, and you don't deserve 5 stars but 6! :-)

First class service. The pump for our shower kept failing to start and after being quoted by two different plumbers a price of well over £700 and £900 I was keen to explore a different, more sensible price. A quick call in to Paul at Quick Flow and he put my mind at rest. Offering me the change to source my own pump so I was sure there wouldn't be any add on pricing it was clear that he was going to provide me with an honest quote. On the day of installation he quoted 3 hours to fit the new pump but it actually took just 2 hours and that is what appeared on the invoice. So pleased to have found someone trustworthy in a busy industry. Can't recommend Quick Flow Plumbing enough.

Brilliant service. I left a message for him to call and make an appointment, got a call back within a few minutes. And the best bit is that he could diagnose the problem over the phone and talk me through fixing it myself, for free! I'll definitely go back to him next time I need anything done.

Paul is reliable, honest and a genuine help, and returned my faith in plumbers after a bad experience with another company that inspected my leaking boiler and quoted £420 to fix it. Paul explained where the leak was coming from and what needed to be done to fix it over the telephone (he really knows his boilers!) He visited the next day to do the work and saved my over £350! Quick Flow would be the first company I call for any other boiler issues, and the first I’d recommend to anyone who wants an honest tradesperson.
