Excellent gym
Loads of free weights and machines for different body groups. Pleaty of cardio exercise machines from bikes treadmills to stair master with weights being mostly down stairs and cardio up stairs nice friendly atmosphere highly recommended

I Called on behalf of myself and a training partner who were looking to switch gyms. we heard good things about quest and the lady who answered the phone offered a guest pass for that evening for a free welcoming session to see how we got on. That evening on arrival the gent at the desk knew nothing of the guest pass and the lady who claimed to be the manageress was very hostile and told me they did NO SUCH THING as a guest pass. she didn`t even offer to show us around the gym or discuss options. We walked out and i would never go back. Disgusted with the way the situation was dealt with and a total waste of our time.

Very good gym, though nothing remains static for more than a few months and some staff not friendly or considerate to paying customers.

Been a member for about 3 years now and I love it! Equipment is always updated, staff are helpful and friendly, other members are always happy to offer advice and chat. Very nice place to work out, best gym in the area
