I started with Diana at Yoga with Soul doing private 1:1 lessons as I was quite shy about joining a class straight away. Diana is a wonderful teacher who filled me with strength and confidence to move forward into joining up with yoga classes.  Now I am pregnant and doing the Pregnancy & Yoga class with Beth and it is wonderful. Both teachers are gentle and focused on everyone in the class, paying particular detail to the individual needs and abilities of each of us. I still enjoy my occasional 1:1 class with Diana to focus on my own personal physical and mental growth and strength. I have gained so much through all my classes at Yoga with Soul.

Fab studio with supportive and encouraging teachers. I really feel like I have joined a community and have made some brilliant new friends (including Diana!) who have made my yoga journey a real joy. I recommend to anyone who is thinking of starting yoga or who is already a keen attendee to yoga classes, you wont be disappointed! :)

The worst yoga workshop I"ve ever experienced. Don't be taken in by the claims on the website - the philosophy falls far short of the reality. No concern or empathy for students just indifference. Think the only thing being nourished is their bank account! Go elsewhere - plenty of good classes and workshops just over the mountain in Cardiff.

Yoga with no soul! An experience I'd never want to repeat. The reasons to avoid are endless: rude staff, poor value for money etc. Be prepared to mainly sit, listen and do very little. If you're a yoga regular like me, don't bother.

In response to your question below: it's a shame you were not so interested in person. Put your energy into recruiting positive reviews.

Diana is a rare breed; she's truly one of life's 'good guys' an honest, genuine and passionate woman who is dedicated to promoting this fantastic way of life and helping others share in it.    Whether it's her Book or Yoga Studio  - Diana's advice is a one-stop shop for healthy and easy living!
