FAULTLESS! Bearing in mind I had tried every possible auto technician I could find, this garage came to the rescue! I turned up on the of chance they could help and they did! My car failed MOT at a different garage because horn didn't work. Queensway tyres told me to come back in one hour and they would look at it. The customer service was fantastic. Polite, keen to help and had the issue diagnosed and fixed within two hours. The cost was very very reasonable and on return they even explained how they fixed the problem. First visit to this place and wont be the last. I have already recommended and will continue to do so. Praise where its due! Well done...keep doing what you are doing.....and THANK YOU.

Had a front wishbone replaced years ago, few days later, knocking from front suspension again, went to kiplings to have it checked, they showed me the work that had been done...not only had they only replaced two of the three mounting bolts, they had had a go at the third and as it was awkward so they had decided to just leave it undone!! Anyway fast forward a bit, I went back big mistake but I thought they had new mechanics and as they are fairly local, I'd give them the benefit of the doubt, I needed a flexi coupling replacing on the exhaust, I supplied all the parts including clamps and gaskets, then a few weeks later started to get diesel fumes in the cabin, took to Ellis autos needless to say, the very awkward front gasket had been left off and the two mating faces just filled with paste and then overtightened the clamp. Moral of the story, pay cheap, pay twice.
Professional people , I need a very hard size tyre, I ring them for a quote and price was good, no one in hemel can beat them on price. They also do car mechanical work I will definitely recommend them
