Hemel Hempstead site - Nice managers but completely ignorant staff, they changed me one tyre, scratched my £1000 alloy in the process and filled my £55k car with mud. Always used F1 with no issues until now - recommend you stay away from Hemel site.

They told me that you can't possibly make an appointment, but have to turn up at 8am and wait until they can fit you in
