Newly renovated. Seems pretty good. Excellent service. People who posted negative ratings will change their opinion. Management is very friendly.
Staff untrained and do not know where things are, reluctant to do post office tasks, now being refused basic post office services such as certificates of postage. Boss is asking for positive feedback which so far is not warranted, review is now negative stars

Went in today to pay in my business banking and girl on the till was very rude to me... Was huffing from behind the till and when I asked what was the matter was told I had to many coins in bags all weighed ready to be banked. There is no limit on the amount you can put into your business account. Will take my business else where... Poor shop... Very poor staff with bad attitude

Wouldn't take our post because it was after 1. We understood it wouldn't be taken for a while but he wouldn't let us pay and leave it. Drove to another and they took it no problem. No need for him to be so difficult, will not be returnin!!!
