I have received the most amazing customer service and patient experience from Queensway Dental. Dr Will Carter is an outstanding dentist and he has worked with me every step of the way to get the desired outcome for my new smile. The whole process was painless and I am delighted with the final results. I love my new smile. Wills team are a credit to him. Everyone is so helpful, the dental nurses Megan and Lisa and Sophie and Laura in the patient support hub. The service really is second to none. Jeremy the Dental Technician has been incredible. He has also gone out of his way to assist me in choosing the finished colour for my new veneers. He really is amazing at his job and a perfectionist. Queensway is head and shoulders above any other dental practice I have visited in the past. If you are considering any dental work then I would highly recommend this practice. They are head and shoulders above the others and simply the best.
I have had a number of treatments carried out at this practice by Jane Gosney; a highly skilled dentist; very friendly, caring and genuinely interested in her patients. Jane always talks through all options thoroughly, is very clear about the treatment options and importantly the treatment costs. She is very honest and upfront about what is essential and what is not. With all of this comes trustworthiness. I’ve never trusted a dentist as much as I trust Jane. Since I moved to Queensway as my regular dentist, I have been really pleased with my teeth and the care I receive. All staff are excellent; they are professional and really care. Overall, this is a great dental practice. I would strongly and unreservedly recommend Jane Gosney to anyone. She is not only an excellent dentist but her manner, approach, care, interest and overall people skills are simply outstanding.
Had implants done and the procedure here was first class. The Dentist and his Nurses were brilliant. The welcome from the Receptionists and atmosphere in the Surgery was great. Not the nicest procedure to have done but the result well worth it, would definitely recommend this Dentist
I was a little nervous because I’d been to a few private dentists to see about improving my smile and had been made to feel very uncomfortable but when I came to Queensway Billingham it was totally different everyone was so kind and friendly and made me feel so welcome. My treatment is now finished and I am absolutely over the moon with the results, I look in the mirror and can’t believe they are my teeth they are so perfect, I love them, I now smile with confidence, I would highly recommend Dr Will Carter he is brilliant
Brilliant from beginning to end. Very professional and very quick . I was so nervous as this is the first time my daughter is having sedation but everything was explained clearly and we were made to feel at ease. Fantastic, could not fault it. Would highly recommend.
Just attended my first appointment with this practice and am very pleased. My new dentist, Amanda, discussed my options with me before putting me completely at ease and extracting my painful tooth. Staff were brilliant and helpful
Two extractions and I’m nervous. Very calm but cheerful doctor made me feel at ease. Full explanation of what he was going to do. Didn’t feel as though he was rushing me and made me feel calm. Would recommend
Dr Gren Moore is excellent with nervous patients, explaining everything as he works. Stops immediately if requested to by patient. I am over the moon with the work I have done and was reduced to tears when I saw the final result. His dental nurse Sam was also reassuring during the process.
Have had lots of help from them in the past, but will now be looking for an alternative dentist. After they chipped my tooth at a hygienist appointment last week, I booked an appointment at the dentist for today. They fobbed me off saying it was wear and tear, and wouldn't listen when I tried to state that it was as a result of the previous week's work I actually spat the chip out when brushing my teeth immediately after last week's appointment. On top of that they even charged £30 for the privilege of a four minute and late appointment that was as a result of their damage. As I say, have had lots of good experiences with them previously but will not be going back.
Absolutely brilliant, Julian Hawkins is the best dentist I have ever seen took its time and got the procedure over fast and pain-free. If I could give 10 stars I would absolutely amazing. Thanks a lot Julian
