In response to the below review! I am perfectly aware of the emergency dental appointment procedure. Maybe you should have took this time to familiarise your staff on how to have a professional conduct and a slight bit of "Duty towards care" this would certainly avoid reviews like this in the future!!
Absolute horrible vile place! The Chinese female dentist just wasn't paying attention to my concerns and wasn't bothered to the fact I had been in pain for days, all she seemed bothered about is trying to charge me £550 for treatment. She then agreed to put a temporary filling in, as she was giving me the injections she was moving the needle about it was so painful furthermore she was chatting away to her colleague and wasn't even looking or paying attention while doing my treatment. Today is the third day I'm still in so much pain after taking so many pain killers, salt rinses etc. I'm still no better off. Worst experience of my life. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! They have no "duty of care" whatsoever.!
I had my first appointment with My Dentist Anna Czyz yesterday the 30/11/2022 at 3:20 and what a lovely lovely young lady she was. I felt totally at ease when I met her and her lovely nurse Geselle they both made me feel at home. Anna is a great Dentist very thorough but most of all really gentle and very aware if you are in pain. It is so so lovely to have a lady Dentist for a change and a lady Orthodontist because sometimes the men in these positions are a little rougher than the ladies. Just one more thing I would like to say I never in a million years thought that I would be so excited to get an appointment with a Dentist after waiting two years but I was. Thank you Anna, Giselle and the lovely Orthodontist for all your kindness and help to me and I look forward to seeing you Anna in May. Have a wonderful Christmas and a very healthy and Happy New Year. Kindest regards Yvonne Curtis.
I am attending MyDentist for a couple of years and I have always been treated with professionalism, kindness and respect, by the Practice’s staff and by my doctor Anna Czyz. My experience at the Practice is always great due to the care and professionalism they offer.
First experience with Emma the therapist. What a lovely lady, her customer service was second to none, putting me at ease & kept talking to me throughout my treatment.
The dentist did use to be good but it seems that now if you want good service you need to opt for it as a private patient. I use to have a scale and polish with every check-up and suddenly it is deemed no longer necessary and if I want one I would have to have it done as a private patient @£55. God help anyone who needs any root canal work. If I went private I would not be going to themselves. Update - after going to another dentist it was found that I had pockets of plaque below my gum line which needed two appointments for deep cleaning and a recommendation for a 3 monthly clean and polish routine. I don’t know what my dentist consider clinically necessary - maybe when the teeth fall out??? Very poor service.
I’m quite a nervous patient when it comes to the Dentist but everybody here is so lovely and friendly. The reception girls have always been nice and I’m put at ease almost instantly once I’m called in by the dentist and nurse. I recommend them to all my family and friends.
I wanted to say how impressed I was with Dr shuk and her nurse,they put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. Worth their weight in gold.
Big banner outside says accepting NHS patients but actually not. Paid £23.80 consultation fee to be told I had an abscess that I told them I had!! Money making racket. I don’t see my doctor every 6 month so why see a dentist, especially when I have a phobia?
I just had an appointment this morning to extract my tooth, the Dr refused to remove and was shouting at me when speaking to me and rude. He wasn’t listening to me and was constantly saying I need a treatment on the other tooth and was asking £1000 from me.. They only wanted money from me and refused to extract the tooth. I was trying to explain to him that this tooth is hurting and needs to be removed. I left the dentist without having any treatment and I am in so much pain.. I am very upset and angry the way I have been treated and I would never recommend anyone to visit this dentist. They are very rude and rubbish with their job..
