Apparently I missed an appointment and I can't go back because of this it was during covid and I did not get any calls or messages/reminders. They said I will have to pay if I wish to get seen too, discrimination and discraceful service when I am entitled to free care provided by NHS

Mr Lyne and the whole surgery staff are amazing!! I can't thank them all enough for everythingthat have done for me, 100% recommend.

Having to call 111 to get a emergency dentist to look at me because they won't see to me even though I didn't have any appointments booked at the time! Blame covid and your lack of communication rather than me
