Beautiful hotelnRomm size - small but manageablenService - it was nice. Breakfast was delicious but barely two girls managing the hotel guests and morning rush as well so there was a bit of wait which was ok.nThe location is superb.nBreakfast with what a view. The staff was very friendly and nice.
Restaurant review only:nnPopped in for cream tea and coffee.nnHas quite a classic feel, which is something I was keen on in this particular part of the world.nnFriendly staff, no complaints.nnSetup is a little weird when coming in off the street but reception staff kindly signposted us.nnLegit might be the nicest cream tea I've ever had - scones were warm and tasted very fresh. Cornish cream and lovely jam and I was a very content fat man.nn£7.95 including a huge pot of strong coffee to enjoy with a nice view. Have family in Penzance so this will be a frequent drop-in on all future visits. Thankyou.
What a lovely hotel! Staff welcomed us with a cheery smile. Room was spotless. And quiet at night, great breakfast and beautiful views out to the promenade and the sea . Would definitely book again
We had lunch in the sun room overlooking Mounts Bay. It was a lovely day and we could have got a sun tan in there! Dogs are allowed. The food was really good, we had wraps and ciabattas, so tasty, well presented with a delicious salad dressed beautifully. It was really reasonable and my two friends were pleasantly surprised. I really do recommend having lunch here, it's great to have an independent hotel in Penzance with good food and great service!
I haven't stayed in the room, we live in Penzance and love coming in here for a pot of tea and some cake. It's peaceful and the staff are lovely. Having the view over mounts bay makes it all. They even have oat milk so I can enjoy a cup of tea.
