We stayed at the Premier Inn Penzance for two nights in November and enjoyed our stay here. The staff members we spoke to were all very friendly and welcoming.nnThe hotel is very conveniently located at the gateway to Penzance, with a variety of shops, restaurants and cafes only a short walk away.nnAlthough there is no on-site parking here, there is a large council car park located immediately opposite the hotel. The parking charges are very reasonable and parking is free between 4pm and 9am.nnWe stayed in one of the Premier Plus rooms and were overall quite happy with the room. The bed was very comfortable and very clean. Unfortunately, the same standards of cleanliness didn't span to the rest of the room. The carpet was stained in several areas and many of the surfaces and switches in the room were dusty. The bathroom appeared to be fairly clean at first glance but a closer inspection revealed stains, rust and mould.nnThe entrance to the hotel is very accessible with a ramp for those who can't use the steps and automatic doors providing access into the reception area. There are lifts and stairs providing access to the rooms.
The hotel is located in a very convenient location in Penzance, next to the train and bus stations.nVariety of shops, restaurants and cafes within walking distance.nnAlthough there is no on-site parking, there is a large municipal car park located directly opposite the hotel. Parking rates are very reasonable and parking is free from 4pm to 9am.nnSatisfied with the room and bathroom, both clean and quitenEquipped with kettle for tea, coffee, sugar and hairdryer.nnGood unlimited free WiFinnPossibility of breakfast, lunch or dinner for a fee.
A perfect stay at this hotel. Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff.nPerfect location for all transport in this area and great walks from the door of the hotel.nNear the high street and good food places. Will definitely go back!!
Well I remember many happy nights in this place when it was a nightclub aka Club2K. Totally mad sitting down for breakfast lol. Lovely quiet rooms, with lovely happy service. I highly recommend the place.
Great location. Breakfast on the first day was good and very fresh. On the second day it obviously been cooked for a while.
