Went for breakfast, the service was superb. Samantha and Claire were fantastic and made the experience lovely. Friendly welcoming staff. I would recommend this hotel to family visiting again.
Popped in for breakfast while In town, did not disappoint! Great choices - really liked the sausages! Friendly staff and really good value for money . Nice and relaxed atmosphere to enjoy my breakfast in. Clean and spacious sitting area, will be back!
Lovely place. Both my partner and I had stayed here for 2 nights in a normal room and then a premier room, both were absolutely amazing! Lovely men and woman and the desk with great customer service! Would definitely recommend staying here just for a small get away!
Living in Penzance we visit here regularly for breakfast. The food is well cooked and tasty. The chef will always cook special items when asked eg poached eggs, vegan or vegetarian options can't praise the staff highly enough especially Samantha who is friendly, and attentive. The manager, Janine, should be proud of how her staff.
Best breakfast in town. Which is why I regularly visit for this . Always find a Great selection of choices on offer at the buffet breakfast , this ranges from plenty of freshly well cooked items to more continental lighter bites . They offer a Good variety of drink options from fresh juices to hot drinks . The staff here are fantastic and always have a smile and a willingness to help . The place itself is clean and fresh with a friendly atmosphere. Really couldn’t ask for more .
