Went out of our way to go... Checked opening times... Signs said open... But it was shut, no one in sight. Big shame. Epic view. Left hungry.

Great views and a nice coffee shop.  However in order to avoid the daft 2 pound parking tax just keep driving for 300 meters to the west and park opposite entrance door alloach car park for free and then just follow the foot path to queen's view.  The path also had a split down to the banks of loch

Brilliant coffee shop & gift shop, staff very helpful with Disabled person, both areas Disabled friendly.

The place was very pleasant amd well kept, and the staff were friendly. We dropped into the cafe for a snack after visiting the view.

I had the chocolate cake and tea, and my wife a scone and cappuchino. The kids had hot chocolate and some biscuits.

The one irk was the shortbread was a bit soft. The chocolate cake was lovely though.

It is pretty expensive for what it is, but that's to be expected at a tourist trap.
