Staff were lovely, and super helpful. Center neat and tidy with plenty of information, a self service coffee point, drinks and snacks on sale, and even a set of binoculars to watch the birds on their feeders. I saw the resident nuthatch in the few minutes I spent observing! 

The walk through the pass is spectacular. A little up and down here and there, but nothing challenging.
