Been going to Queen since I was a teenager and Julie and the team always make you feel so special when you come in! As soon as you walk through the door, Julie will always greet you and offer you a drink or snacks etc which is a really nice touch! They always keep up to date with what’s going on in your life and really take the time to get to know their customers and have a laugh with them! Julie even gives out vouchers and gift bags to loyal customers sometimes which no other salons ever do! You can tell how much they value their clients! All the staff are so talented at what they do and take their time to make sure they get your nails exactly how you want them! Cheryl has done my nails the past few times now and she’s honestly the loveliest person ever, so fun to chat to her! Julie treats her staff so well also, always getting them lunch and drinks which is so nice to see! Such a nice atmosphere here, will never go anywhere else to get my nails done. My mum even travels an hour to come here cos they’re so good! Thank you Queen for everything you do!

The team always do a fantastic job. Super thorough, very neat and always to your liking! The salon is very friendly - you’ll find all the staff and clients engaging in conversation. I’ve never waited any longer than 15 mins as a “walk-in”, even on a busy night! I’ve always walked out loving my nails and highly satisfied.

My home away from home. All staff here are wonderful people, can't fault at all and the work they do is amazing. Even on a busy day, if you are willing to wait they will fit you in. £42 for a full acrylic set, french tip with gold detailing.

Very happy with this place, I have been coming here for my BIAB for a few months now and I’ve always been satisfied! Great customer service, Im always made to feel welcome and comfortable, they always offer me a hot drink and we have a good chat and a laugh. They work quick but good, Ive never had issues with my natural nail being damaged, or rough cuticles, filing too deep etc. They are amazing when it comes to recreating designs or free handing.

I go back and forth with my opinion of this place. I always like to give places another chance when I think I haven’t gotten the best from them. I think their quality of nails are great but the customer service can improve, I suggest they give customers a price before doing the nails as its a lot more professional that way, instead of making up a figure at the end. ask the customer what they are getting done on hands and feet and give them the price before hand like every other great salon does.I decided although  they let me down sometimes they don’t always. I think the secret is to get simple nail designs because they do them perfectly. Once you give them too many complicated designs that’s when things go wrong. I will say, this last time I visited I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my nails and toes. Sometimes you should just need to give a salon another chance to get things right. I've spent a lot of my money on getting my nails done here and is why I am always quite particular on how well they do them. First time getting my nails done, amazing service and staff were really friendly. I wanted something very simple and clean, I got exactly that.

My absolute go-to place for my nails, they are lovely and get my nails look standing out! Yes you have to wait at times but that's because they are busy, it's a sign that they do a good job!

I have been going to this nail shop for 3-4 years now & wouldn’t ever think to go elsewhere and I’m so glad I found the shop!  Julie & her team are so friendly, on arrival they offer refreshments whilst you choose your design, Julie knows everything about nails and is so helpful in choosing perfect nail designs for any occasion! The team are very thorough in their work and they are perfectionists - they would never let you leave the shop with less than perfect nails, they always make sure you’re 100% happy with the service & work efficiently and professionally at all times!  The salon keep up with new trends, treatments & designs to provide the best service for their clients and I would highly recommend the shop, as I always receive so many compliments on my nails!

These are the nicest nails I've ever had! The staff here is absolutely lovely
