I have always ordered food from Quayside Fish online and I have never been into their shop, so this is purely based on online orders. The food I have ordered over the years has always been consistently brilliant and their smoked crevettes and haddock are delicious. No matter if fish or shellfish, I do not recall ever being disappointed. The interactions I have had with staff/owner have been efficient. For me the one thing I have noticed over the last 12 months is that many other shops/stores I used to rely on for various things have cut noticeable corners in quality and thankfully Quayside Fish is not one of these. My last order was a week ago for smoked products and Lobster, I am still a very happy customer.
Amazing selection, quality always spot on. Love the way they cook their lobsters. We tried a few other online fish places but ended up always coming back to these guys as the price-quality ratio is just too good.
On holiday in Porthleven with friends and looking for a couple of lobsters for a special dinner. Ordered the day before from Quayside and picked up cooked and prepared the following morning - and they were delicious! Thank you John and the team.
Fish on display was all tired and clearly not fresh. The mussels we purchased were not fresh, as confirmed when we found a packaging slip, indicating that they had been packed a week before we purchased them. Had to be disposed of, as many were dead and smelling. We could have all been really ill, which would have wrecked our enjoyment and perception of Cornwall. Beware.
Tried this fishmongers by chance as a fishmongers fairly near had ket me down with an order. They were very helpful and we bought over 3kg monkfish a large tub of white crab meat and 2 large bags of mussels all of which came in under £100. It would have cost three times that where I live!! The white crab meat was so fresh it just smelt of the sea. The mussels were amazingly fresh and the monkfish was the softest freshest fish I have ever eaten. Thank you

Just had lovely piece of haddock from Quayside.Brilliant to have a piece of fish with lovely taste. These days fish from any large outlets/ supermarkets has little taste watery and often not that fresh. Thoroughly recommend.
Excellent fresh fish, very tasty and well packaged. Each vacuum pack has two portions and is labelled well. Would recommend
Ordered fish box online and all expectations met. Great selection of supurb quality fish, all nicely packed and labelled. Additional requests accommodated and delivery made on allocated day in good time.
Nice and friendly chaps await. I bought white crab meat,around £11 worth, which lasted a couple of days via some very tasty and fresh sandwiches.
