Google is urging me to review this place. Since we're sitting outside in the car on a rainy day, still waiting for the breakfast we ordered half an hour ago now might not be the right time. Perhaps I should report back when we get the food. I'm so hungry. Update. They're running slow and it should be out soon. But they were perfectly lovely when my husband went to to ask. Everyone has slow times sometimes. Update. Food is here. It's hot, the sausage and egg mcmuffin is beautifully moist, and by god do I need that coffee.
All is good, so long as you go there and order your food in person so that you can check your order. I am appalled, however, by the frequent order mistakes To the point that this morning, we were missing one of our 4 drinks and we had completely the wrong breakfast meals! Where is the manager or the runner to be checking these before they are sent out! Having worked for a different mcdonalds in the past, I am appalled by their lack of brainpower to check their orders before giving them out to customers or to delivery drivers! It really does not take much to check bags against bloody receipts!
It's McDonald's. The food is just about the same everywhere. So, what's Bessingby restaurant like? The drive through is fine if you have a small car. Anything wider that a standard hatchback and you'll struggle to turn behind the restaurant. Other than that it's OK. I've recently discovered McDonald's salads! Thumbs up from me!
Ordered Via app for convenience. The drive thru wait? Over 30 minutes before we even got to a kiosk. This is not the first time and it feels a joke to even bother trying except it's the only one nearby
I took an insulated bag this time but when I got home the food was still cold, worse the coffee was cold. I ordered a double 1/4 pounder large fries and a large cappuccino. So many cars were being parked up to wait for their food. I was given my coffee when I was asked to park up and wait, I took the coffee back into the restaurant and asked for a fresh one to come with my food. I was told they can't do that. I noticed that the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. 3rd time of cold food from this Mcdonalds and honestly the last time I will use it.
Just had our order delivered bt Just Eat burger and both chips freezing cold didn't send 3 Sweet Chilli Dips. Pay good mo ey for food and service didn't get either. Yes o ly McDonald's but this shouldn't matter.
Visited mcdonalds today and although the food wasn't exactly enjoyable the service from the young man Hayden who served me was spot on. I was greeted with a smile and impeccable manners.
As we all know McDonald's offers cheap food for a cheap price and in most respects to an effective and efficient manner. This particular establishment manages to do this very well it shows good management and staff seem happy to be working they are friendly at the tills aswell as the drive through overall a satisfactory visit.
Sick of items missing off my order, and since Just Eat won't refund me I'm boycotting both of them. I know your policies I used to work there so really this shouldn't be happening to anyone.
The food was good as per usual. It was a very sunny day so we sat outside under the sun shade but half way through our meal the sun shade retracted without any warning which then left us in blazing sunshine. On an already very warm day, if we had known that this was going to happen we would have eaten inside.
