My second visit. I like this place. Laid out either side of a quiet road and situated on a hill above crantock, adjacent to a parkdean site. We stay in a tent, so my review is based on that. The field has marked pitches of a good size and drains/water points dotted about. The field is a little exposed due to it's position, but it's a fair trade off for the excellent location and views. The site seems well drained. You can walk to the beach, river and village easily from here. The toilets and showers are modern and clean. It has washing up points, three freezers and a laundry room. So you could stay longer if you wish. You can freeze ice packs and food for free, there's even a fridge. I haven't used the pub or the pool. There's a small camp shop with camping and beach accessories and on the parkdean site there's a take away and a Nisa shop. We shall return.

Very relaxed site with beautiful views. Bar with good basic food and very friendly.
