Poor workmanship. Car returned with bits broken. Still wating for a return phone call.

My car was sent here for repair after someone hit my back bumper, went to collect car to find the 'repaired' bumper looking the wrong colour, and the actual repair of bumper is terrible.
I complained but they refused to do anything about it. I now have a brand new car with a bumper that not only doesn't match the rest of the car, but is also NOT smooth and straight. Shoddy work, definitely NOT Quality repair.

Had some accident repair work carried out by this company and was horrified at the shoddy workmanship. How they could have allowed my car to leave their premises and deliver it back to my address beggars belief. Did they really think I was going to put up with that bearing in mind that they call themselves Quality Repair Centre, what a joke! I would not recommend this company to anyone!
