Pathetic customer services, you need to beg them just for putting on the bank stamp, lazy and slow customer representatives.
What can I say about this bank! Well I'm surprised since lockdown the opening times are now a lot shorter! I think they should start opening longer again and especially on Saturday mornings. Now other branches such as Harpenden are closing they need to do this! I don't want to see them going the same way. The staff are friendly and welcoming. There are three counters to pay in but mostly two are opened when I visited. They're is a customer service desk and two small private office. There are two outside atms, an outside deposit box, and inside a deposit box for cheques and an ATM deposit machine for notes or cheques. It is quite spacious inside. This branch has been here for many years, even with banks in general pushing us to go online or use their respective apps we still need our branches!. Lloyds need to reopen their Saturday branch times because closing at 3 when people are at work is just silly, how is that encouraging people to use this service? Then they moan than people are making the banks close because they're not using them, and cutting people are going online more! Banks have to stop this circle. Open longer and at weekends it used to be 12 or 1. Open until 2 at weekends, and at least 1 day a week longer to allow shift workers and day workers to be able to their banking in person. Give it a bit of time in sur you will see more footfall then estudiantine with other branches closing. Please don't let this previos branch go that way!

lloyds bank are always telling us how well they are progressing nationally but has the ceo ever got to ground level and have our customer experience; Dunstable, went there at 14.55hrs today to use the cheque deposit machine inside the bank - like most times i go there the ATM's are out nof order and today the cheque deposit machine was out of order. Was anyone bothered NO! and then 2 tellers on duty i was only person in the queqe at that time male teller who is fiddling with coins and bags says "wont be a minute" sorry not good enough customers come forst or get up off your butt and reboot the machine which will eventually replace you. the queqe begins to grow, he still messes about with coins the other teller has a problem and someone from upstairs comes down and seems oblivious to the queqe getting bigger or the male teller fiddling with bags ad coins. 20 minutes later i have had enough because the teller looked up and again said wont be a minute - i reminded him that he had said that 20 minutes ago and he needed to get his priorities in the correct oreder. serve the customers and if you know the machine is out of order ensure customers can be served he replies "he has to make sure his till balances" omg so we are not important at all his balance is - wake up smell the coffee there will not be a till for him to balance soon if customers go to a working modern bank - this branch used to nbe so good but management has dropped dramatically in the last two years
Opening times are joke . 6 hours on week day and no weekends ?!?. 100% this is lazy excuse for covid . Shame on you lloyds !
Garbage customer service very badly run bank this outlet.
