Great shop full of amazing products from around the world. Very reasonable prices. And there is a secret frozen area, keep your eyes open and look for door to the left at the back of the shop.
Great local grocery/butcher's/household shop. You could probably find most things you are after from a range of spices, sauces, dried goods, crockery, cutlery, toiletries etc. Their fresh meat/poultry is very good quality, clean and tasty. I noticed the mutton mince has less fat and no unpleasant smell that you can find in some butcher's. There are also a variety of frozen fish, savoury snacks and vegetables that are handy, although vegetables are quite pricey compared to supermarket/market produce. Only reason they get a 4 star is because the service delivered by the men in particular on the butcher counter can vary. The older man is very grumpy, moody and can be dismissive and rude. Especially if you are a female I noticed they provide a careless and lower standard of customer service compared to men. It's a real shame that these backward and typical practices are still prevalent in a progressive London society. However, the young chap on the tills is always pleasant so you don't leave the store too disgruntled. I do hope they try and train their staff better at the butcher counter, it doesn't take a.lot to have manners and treat human beings equally.
This is for quality foods online service: Very disappointed. I had ordered alphonso mangoes, while they were in stock for which I received an order confirmation e-mail too. I had paid 14 pounds extra for next day shipping. The order never arrived and they got back to my email after me writing to them, which was later than the delivery date. They come back saying “the item is not in stock?” I’m not sure how that works. But I was really excited to receive the mangoes and am extremely disappointed with the service! : Date of experience: 16 April 2023
Quality Food offers a lot of halal products and is also Halal certified. It also offers food for the minority communities residing nearby, mainly the Bangladeshi community. It is evidential that shoppers from all backgrounds enjoy shopping there. Prices can be a little higher than other places, however, quality is also good. They deliver certain days of the week, however they charge for delivery and there are also restrictions, eg: deliveries are mainly for bigger items like rice/ onion/ potato sacks. Service is also food- friendly, smiley and helpful. Most of the local, regular customers are referred to by name which is always a nice thing!

You can find most of the things in day to day life. Things are slightly expensive than the super markets, but that is expected. Chicken & other meats available & can be cut according to one's requirement.
Very helpful sales person - helped me find the product I was after and recommended me a very appropriate additions to the meal u was going to prepare.
Best groceries shop in East London, I have been going there since iwas 3 years old and my mekori3s of me shopping with my beloved mother remains everytime i go there.
Been getting halal groceries from here for years, have nice staff and sell many useful groceries and household items
