They stole my parcel, it’s ridiculous!!! I went to pick up my parcel immediately after it said that it had been delivered and magically it just disappeared… the owner was useless and rather laughed at me and advised me to report it with a smirk on his face. Shameful!! Really disgusting behaviour, with all these reviews i hope they het banned from this delivery service as they are stealing from people now!!
Stupid people. I came here to pick up a parcel when it told me that It had already been picked up when clearly I did not pick it up. I don’t know if there is a glitch in their system, delivery driver is scanning wrong barcodes or they are just trying to steal your parcels. When I told the guy to check if my parcel is there he refused to and he told me to go there and check myself. When I was gonna do that his other colleague shouted at me and said “Do not come here, your not allowed!” Like hello? Your colleague literally just told me to go check myself and I don’t understand why he was shouting at me…? They told me if the parcel ain’t in the system then It’s not there…… They literally ignored me when I told them to CHECK if my parcel is there. Afterwards, they finally did and guess what… my parcel was there. I don’t understand why I’m getting emails saying my parcel has been picked up when I haven’t picked them up. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Definitely not returning and using this shop to pick up parcels. Stupid people. 0 stars.
Rubbish shop ! Very bad experience I had today, I had trouble getting my parcel they started shouting abuse and then tried withholding my passport. Do not recommend sending your parcels here.Be careful !
The guy deals with deliveries provides terrible service. Very rude and not patient at all.
I was expecting an order fulfilled by UPS to be dropped at this local store but they refused the delivery. I am very dissapointed.
avoid at all costs!! the owner made me wait 20 minutes on the side and served everyone that came in AFTER me first, and then refused to give me my parcel while cursing at me…truly appalling customer service
Guy was super nice in helping with the package- we were worried given the reviews but not the case
When it comes to Hermes collection very poor service!! I will never return there. He had an awful attitude and refused to apologise FOR SENDING MY PARCEL BACK BEFORE IT WAS DUE TO BE SENT BACK. This is not the first time I have had bad service there. My fault for returning. Seeing other bad review stating racism makes me feel less crazy because I have seen them give great service to other races but just not me??? I will now be collecting my parcels from the Tesco with much better service. I do not recommend the manager/ owner is a handful to deal with and shouts at customers.
I return my evri/Hermes parcels here and they have always been friendly and reliable. I’ve not yet had any issues with my refunds. Just note that although the shop closes later they can only process returns until 7pm
Absolutely the best parcel shop in South london. I go past two to get to this one. Space, professionalism, manners, great customer service!. Every time. Will return again! 5 stars!
