I came in to the store on 27th of November around 8pm-9pm. They were two staff members both male, who completely bullied another male while in the store. I tried to ask them a question but they were too busy saying a lot of inappropriate slurs at the man. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to customer service like that.

The mark up in this place is ridiculous. They arbitrarily charge extortionate prices on certain items when shops in the immediate vicinity charge up to 100% less in some cases! Better off going elsewhere.
Tried to buy a pack of cigarettes which are retailed at £7.85 and was told by the man behind the counter that they were £13.85 this was last night around midnight. Is this the correct price???? The brand of cigarettes where Benson and Hedges Blue
