Family run Fish and Chip restaurant in East Sussex.

Story

Family run business that has been part of Eastbourne for over 40 years. 20 years at our current location and previously on Pevensey road and Junction road. Fully licensed bar and the best traditional fish and chips in town! With friendly staff lead by the owners themselves, competitive prices and great food! What more could you ask for?

Excellent cod and chips. Why pay more for less at Harry Ramsden's? Cheerful, friendly service
I didn't know what to expect but it exceeded my expectations! The butter was crisp and lovely. I had Cod and Chips. My partner had Plaice and he said Cod was better on that day. The lady who served us was super nice. She looked after our 1 year old daughter. We couldn't thank her enough for her kindess!! Highlu recommended.
Food perfect ,we waited a bit long 30 minutes
We enjoyed our lunch here. The portions were spectacular. The quality of the food itself wasn't amazing but was good enough for the price.
Been here on 2 occasions and food was very good. Shame that the staff make you feel unwelcome. Tried to get a smile and some human interaction but gave up. Some basic customer service training would go a long way and prevent negative reviews.
A massive portion, well worth the money. The fish and chips was lovely and filled me up for most of the day!
