No signage on the outside of the shop to indicate you order at the door, lady on the desk was rude upon entering, clicking her fingers which I personally find incredibly rude customer service chef was polite though hence the 2 star and not one star review.

most of the time food is great here but if you do have a problem can take a good while to get it sorted out

Came for a day trip, and I had a battered jumbo sausage which was nice and soft and juicy, and the chips were great. This fish n chips is way better than the ones in London. So fresh and tasty. Also the man serving me was super polite and nice to talk to!!!! Would definitely come again :

I ordered a Cod and Chips, which was amazing! The chips were fluffy and the cod was soft, service was slower than i anticipated considering there was only one person in front of me this may have been due to COVID-19 overall, a great chippy.

First time I’ve ordered from Odyssey and experience and good have been excellent. Delivery on time and each of the seven diners was completely satisfied. Thanks - exactly as hoped.

Lovely staff who were taking covid protocol seriously and happily entertained our dog with a sausage while we waited outside for our food

Over an hour and a half wait for a fairly small delivery is ridiculous. I understand it’s a Friday but still, I wouldn’t have expected to wait almost 2hours for a delivery
