Dr. Hilland saw me and she could not have been more efficient, friendly and professional. She is a wonderful doctor.
Receptionists are lovely. Doctors seem. incompetent-- I was on meds that seriously interact and now suffer with heart problems as a result. Always check a drug interaction website before letting the doctors out you on or change medicine, because they won't warn you of anything to watch out for interaction wise, and they certainly won't monitor you either. Good luck.
I find the receptionist to be rude sometimes. The doctors don't have a lot of time during appointments. The doctors rarely listened to what I had to say. Took me off my psychiatric meds and refuses to re prescribe. Ignored concern's with hips and leg joints. Lack of empathy when I was depressed and having an episode due to the death of my pet. All in all my not a good doctors.
The doctors are fantastic, however one of the receptionists has a startlingly bad attitude over the phone.
Easy to use pages
Waited all day for a triage telephone call, got a text message at 6pm telling me to book an appointment with a GP, no way of replying to say that I had and was waiting for a call!
