Always fantastic service for me and my family. I have seen the same doctor for years for a on going issue and he is fantastic, understanding, professional and makes you feel comfortable. The same doctor has also helped other of my family members and they couldn’t praise him enough. Reception staff are always helpful and polite and people need to realise like can’t talk and take their frustrations out on them. Yes sometimes appointments you have to wait longer than your designated time but you can’t put a timescale on how long it takes to help the people who are seen before you.

If I could give this surgery a 0 I would. The 1 goes to the practice manager who needs a medal trying to sort out this Micky-mouse surgery as she seems the only person there with any professionalism, empathy and decency. 1) This surgery firstly failed my son by wrongly referring him for something, through persistence I finally found out due to the wrong referral my son was set back a further 6 months on a waiting list. The practice manager worked hard to get to the bottom of what had happened and an apology was received. I have a large mass in my stomach which Is growing. I was referred for a scan and 2 weeks later I received another scan. This practice have sat on my results for 7 days. I have rang daily to be informed "A Doctor hasn't had the chance to view them yet" today I rang and insisted a call back and was told it would be immediately, sadly like everything else with this practice urgency does not appear to be part of the Doctors lists. I am well aware (from a family of Doctors and Nurses) that the NHS are under tremendous strain, I must have the patience of a saint to have tolerated their (at least) 1 hour waiting times, overcrowding waiting rooms and if you are awaiting urgent health results (like I) then forget it if you think this surgery will step up to your expectations. If you want a decent practice in my opinion - search elsewhere. If I have cancer - I shall be suing!

I would 0 🌟 if possible, can never ring and get an appointment, if you do it online it often has an error and they say you haven't booked one. Some of the receptionists are extremely rude, the rudest i have come across. Only positive is the pharmacy is next door so you don't need to go far for prescriptions.

Useless surgery, rude incompetent staff, diar reception team who are unhelpful incredibly rude and out right refuse to help if involves them doing any more then saying hello and goodbye
