Seen a 83 year old man suffering from demetia turn up to make a apointment only to be told he should of been there an hour earlier he had missed an apointment and they made him another one for two weeks time whos wasting nhs time

Never have trouble booking an appointment. Often within a few days.

Due to snow appointment cancelled, now must wait 12 days to see the doctor, very poor service.

Staff used to be helpful and obliging. No longer unfortunately,wether to do with stressful environment but hope it gets back to the way it used to be.
