Nice clean tanks, and a knowledgeable chap. I didn't realise what bad condition my others were in when I bought them, until I saw my new ones from this place. Don't think I'll go anywhere else now.
Bought over £100 worth of fish few hours later there where all dead went beck to the shop to resolve the issue and they where very condescending towards me blaming me for the water being bad and we as a family have over 10 tanks all perfectly fine and happy but when we bought them from here they where all dead in a letter of 4 hours
Great staff very helpful the only place I will buy my koi and a great place to get all essentials they also have a large selection of discus and tropical fish would definitely recommend

Best tropical fish shop in Bradford district bar none. Great standard of fish and good knowledge too. Been around for years so obviously reputable.
Very clean and tidy all fish are very reasonably priced
I purchased 5 Koi on Sunday. I pointed out a dead fish only to be told it’s still breathing. On Tuesday night I found one of mine dead. Rang QSS and was asked about my water balance being ok. I have 30+ fish in there some over 25 years. Sorry won’t use QSS again
OK man was very helpful... Very good stock of fish... But a bit expensive compared to some pet shops.
Awful service. I bought a few fish from them and they died very soon after. Horrendous. It doesn't help that the staff look like they want to you put of the shop.
We're planning a pond in our garden and were recommended to visit this place for ideas and advice by some pond-owning friends. The place is a former pub and it's external appearance belies its large interior and range of stuff including fish, inside. They have a good range and examples of ponds under cover at the back and a staff member was happy to talk us through the whole process of pond construction based upon what we had so far. Great advice - we'll be back when the pond has been dug out.
