Car park was okay. Though spaces were very tight in size.nPuddles of pee everywhere. Though that’s less the car park’s fault more a human issue.nnBut the electric charging! Dire. The worst system I’ve come across by far and if you own an electric car, you’ll know there’s a lot of bad ones out there but this one took the biscuit.
Had an issue with a non reading qr code . The attendant solved it in seconds most Impressive. Will definitely use again
Car park is convenient for the Utilita centre, right in the centre of Birmingham. £20 for 5 1/2hrs is extortionate, but not surprising in these rip off times. Be aware, we parked on the 5th floor and were sat in our car for about 50 minutes before we even moved to get out. Probably no better than the car park adjacent to the centre. We ran over our parking time, so will see if we get charged extra as we prepaid for booking.
Do not park here. I've been sitting in stationary traffic for 40 mins. How can people not leave a car park with a steady flow of cars exiting. We have been imprisoned. Call for help, tell my kids I love them.
Well lit car park. We used this to see a show at utiita arena just a short walk away. However the access road in and out is not the best. It took us 50mins to get from floor 5 to exit.nJust time of year and xmas parties, I guess.
