Satellite navigation takes you right to the entrance,nThere’s always loads of spaces. Make sure you’ve got enough funds because it’s expensive. I think I paid £11 for the morning.nIt’s very handy if you want to buy quite a bit because you can do a bit of shopping go and off load your bags and then crack on shopping again which my wife found very helpful .
This place prices for one hour is a joke. I went and it took me half hour to drive around to find a space to park. My appointment was only like 20 mins so one hour is normally enough for me to be in and out but £6 for 2 hours is a joke considering that half of my first hour was trying to get a space to park. We shouldn’t be charged for just trying to find a space it should start from when we park the car tbh. I don’t normally park here as there are many places to park for free for 4 hours surrounding city centre or places £3 whole day. But due to the nature of the storm and rain this was best option on that day definitely won’t be parking here again. I’d rather not even entertain their prices!
Decent car park with mostly helpful staff. Bad experience however when trying to leave. Despite having paid parking fee barely 10 minutes earlier the ticket would not allow me to leave the car park. The same thing hadalso happened to the car in front..The instructions for use of the intercom by the exit were not exactly clear either so ended up scuffing my tyre quite badly trying to reverse back out of a dimly lit channel
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the conduct of your parking security staff on 23/12. During my recent visit to bullring. I experienced behavior that was not only unprofessional but also extremely rude and borderline abusive.nnDespite having every expectation of being able to park, I was denied entry without any clear explanation or reasoning. While I attempted to communicate respectfully and understand the situation, the staff’s response was dismissive and hostile. To make matters worse, I observed them allowing other vehicles to enter during the same time frame. This inconsistency raises serious concerns about whether they were following your organization’s policies and procedures.nnSuch treatment was not only unwarranted but also left me questioning the fairness and professionalism of your staff. I kindly request that this matter be investigated thoroughly and appropriate action taken to ensure such behavior is not repeated. Additionally, I would appreciate clarity on your parking policies to understand why my experience was handled so differently from.
The architecture of this building and mall is quite impressive across the bullring and grans central. Massive redevelopment across the whole center of town and lots to do and visit.
