I visited Q Hair and beauty yesterday, for the 1st time in about 6 years. I choose Ella as my stylist. Ella made me feel very welcome and at ease, and talked me through what products she felt my hair would benefit from, and what she would use today. I was offered a drink, I chose a berry one, it was a lovely rich flavour. Ella was brilliant and dared to do something a little different to how my hair was previously styled, I left the salon feeling more confident about my hair, my husband commented that my hair looked nice too. Thank you Ella, you made my day.

Beautiful salon. Really enjoyed my time there. Had eyebrow wax and tint and eyelash tint. The girl was very relaxing and helpful. Definitely try here! I will be back from more soon.

My daughter who is 16 has been left upset by the dreadful experience of having her hair cut in this salon. Firstly she showed them what she didn't want and they completely ignored her and hacked and I mean hacked her hair off. She had beautiful long hair down her back which she wanted cut below her collar bone. It's now a short to her jaw line.! One side shorter than the other and long pieces hanging. To make things worse they have the audacity to say they will correct the cut but not refund. That is not going to replace my daughters hair that you hacked off.
