times I've dropped in to be told they are fully booked. All I see is 3-4 empty chairs and no one waiting. A barbershop should be drop in and not charge £16.50.  #re-branded salon getting it wrong

Absolutely fantastic salon. Great service and they really listen to what you want, rather than some hairdressers that just do whatever they fancy! I don't live near Chichester anymore but whenever I'm in the area I go out of my way to go for a cut here.

Every visit to Creations is a pleasure.  All of the staff are incredibly friendly, including the Receptionist, the Trainees and the Beauty team upstairs.  My hairdresser Michelle Ede, is always incredibly happy and pleased to see you.  She makes you feel incredibly welcome and totally relaxed.  I enjoy my hour sitting in the chair being pampered, with my pot of tea and biscuits, then with an Indian Head Massage, then a superb haircut.  What more could you ask for?  If you want a fab haircut from a professional team, book an appointment with Creations in Chichester.

Reviewing my previous comments & review as twice now I have left dissatisfied! I won't be returning. Messed my hair up 1st time with bleach leaving me looking like a zebra, tried correct the mess were helpful but still left not liking my colour & still like a zebra! To return 8 weeks later to try & resolve the problem! Problem not solved still zebra hair no colour & a wash, cut, dry & straightened costing £55 the cut was minimal & not worth the money at all! Very disappointed.
