Been here multiple times, first few times didn't have issue service was fine.... came a couple more times with work colleague after that things changes, you would expect some one who visit more then 10 times would get decent services especially as regular customers. How ever service is unbearable, the lady that works here extremely unprofessional. First had the audacity to question our ethnicity and to make us look lower class, secondly to flick my ear in a manner that is not deemed acceptable to any one. Thirdly to lie and say the menu " charges £8 per person" which to argue since when? I am unsure if the owners are unaware of these issues certain clients face or ignore it. I have been to many shisha places and by far I would say this place has low standards and only care if they make money and not hospitality Would not recommended to any one who's going to enjoy a food atmosphere

Good food, friendly staff, good service and shisha. There are a large variety of shisha flavours. Establishment only accepts payment in cash.

Fantastic customer service experience, sheesha and food is nice, small and really cosy inside! More of a local spot rather than your typical mainstream sheesha cafe. Highly recommended.

If i could give more stars i would, best shisha you will find, great service and staff make you feel like family, what more could you ask for.
