Best coffee you can get in UK

Conveniently located. Coffee always good as at Costa. However, the staff neit5 very professional, nor friendly. You feel they want you to drink your coffee and go as soon as possible. Cleanliness also has lots of room to improve despite the staff not being very busy.

Worst place ever and was bullied by a rep on twitter when complaining. Cannot believe this is a large brand with such appalling service and crap overpriced products.

Great place to have a coffee break whilst shopping. Staff are friendly but there is not much space to sit around. It's always busy

The staff were rude, especially the manager "the big lady", she rushed me to order when I am not ready to order yet, even though there was no queue behind me. Also, when I finished my coffee, I picked up the tray and took it back to the till expecting a "Thank You", but that didn't happen either. Also the bitter look on the staff's faces made me feel like I was a burden rather than a customer, they did not show me any sign of respect. If you don't mind being treated like a fool, or if you think that I am lying to you, then go ahead and check it out yourself.
