Delicious dessert experience! Extremely wide selection of ice cream flavours and dessert options. The waffles are made fresh and the ‘make your own waffle’ is fantastic. The variety of toppings is pretty cool! The sundaes are also an amazing option! Would highly recommend if you’re in the area.
Creams Cafe Edgware lovely dessert place for all those with a sweet tooth. Wide variety of choice service was average, only one menu on the window had to look on the online menu but phone reception is poor.
DISGUSTING SERVICE GIVEN BY THE SUPPOSED MANAGER OF THIS PARTICULAR DESSERT PLACE. Only 3 staff on premises one who told another customer that they were short staffed allegedly. The manager could not even prioritise work load effectively and instead wasted time doing banking work counting the money in tills many hours before closing, contributing to even longer wait time. We stood in queue for around 40 minutes in that time 5 customers had already walked out because how slow and inefficient staff was. When stating to the manager that it would be best to help with orders rather than count money in the till, his response was rude and unprofessional. He replied with "don't tell me what to do ...I'm the manager I own this place". How can a manager not prioritise workload, contribute to a longer waiting time and on top state there are online orders but stand and waste time counting pennies and change in the till. Looks like manager was grabbed from the street and asked to fill in role with no experience or professionalism . Ended up leaving a going to SNOWFLAKE a few doors down, where service was 100% better. Would never visit this creams again. The manager is incompetent. Would rather waste time checking what's in the tills then help serve customers, resulting in customers walking out and therefore loosing money. Refused to give name hence the pictures instead. Creams sort it out
Service bit slow. Nice Clean And trendy. Staff was also very professional and polite. Nice place if you eat sweet.
Excellent delivery service with these succulent waffles to enjoy Sunday with the family. Waffle with Nutella and waffle accompanied by Nutella, strawberries and banana. Both with vanilla ice cream. I recommend them.
Pros - Lot of items on the menu and a diverse selection of options which is great. Cons - half of the time the soft serve machine does not seem to be working or functioning correcty. Also, the vemue is quite warm inside. Not sure if the AC is functioning effectively?!! In terms of service, it really depends on the staff on duty. One guy doesnt have manners and doesnt seem to know how to serve ice cream. Scoop was floppy and half of it was sticking out of the cone. They charge almost a pound for like 2 grams of springle toppings. Rediculous!
AMY ARABELLA On the 20th April 2022 we decided to go to creams in edgware road London we waited over 45mins in que and customers leaving the the store because service was awful and and manager was to busy counting and cleaning the shop when it was very busy he had not awareness of customers and was very rude, was unprofessional at work place and very very rude in front of my kids, I will be taking this to the head of creams and will be taking this to the local papers. His behaviour was unexpectable and his manner of work was very poor, shouting at customer and said he owns the shop. I was very shocked the way he spoke I want something done about this employee, I will never go into creams again the way their treat there customer is awful. I kindly asked for his name, which he didn't give so I took a picture of him I would like a response about this, asap. I'm still very shocked and disappointed. Thanks
Great location in the heart of Edgware. Fab menu. Pleasant staff apart from the lady serving us who brought me a cup of tea without any spoon or sugar/ sweetener. And forgot the rest of the order. Was quite rude and made the whole experience uncomfortable. However the waffles were amazing. Would highly recommend the Oreo waffle.
Disgusting service. Went in just to be told that we had to WAIT to order? No, unacceptable. The dishes our ice cream were served on were very dirty and the portions were quite small. Also NO GLOVES!! There was no hygiene whatsoever and I honestly felt disgusted while eating my gelato. The waffles were touched by their bare hands and their attitude towards their customers overall was unprofessional. I will look into visiting a new branch.
I’m regular costumer to the shop and every single time I have the same problem. 30-40 minutes to prepare a crepe or waffle even if they have only one or two costumers on the store. People are very laze to prepare the food on time. Moreover their delivery is even worst. I could say that when it comes to the eat in in the restaurant the desserts are okay but when it comes to delivery it’s so awful . People are not given too much attention and we are paying extra money as well. Every single time that I’m gonna order for delivery I’ll be unhappy. They have to prepare the food as same as when they’re doing it for eat in, it’s not fair and they are loosing so much costumers from this bad experience. I would suggest to the head manager to take an action or at least staff has to change the way that they are working.
