The team were great from start to finish. The online portal which you have as a buyer/seller is a godsend in tracking visits/views of your property, on the website and even Rightmove etc. Laura and the sales team pushed my property to the max, with all different people to find the right buyer. I was provided with different options to meet my needs throughout, which allowed me to feel in control and always knew what was going on. It was easy to contact the team if I had any questions, and I felt I could ask them anything if I needed anything. It was a pleasure to work with the team.
The most efficient friendly estate agents you can trust to sell your property or help buy one. They make things so easy and are there for you to help in every way they can. Recommend 100% by me.
Not very helpful, tried to arrange a viewing 3 days ago on a property and a guy called Tom asked us to fill in a form before we could view which was completed and sent back within less than an hour after telling him we had sstc- he said he would get back to us about viewing. No call back so we chased it up today to be told it’s sold after we had initially called! We were also given the impression they hadn’t even viewed it, then tried farming us off with another Property coming on next week nothing like the one we wanted to view. All they could say was we don’t know what happened there. Had a similar problem 7 weeks ago when I rang about another property which they told me had sold but the buyer wanted it kept on yet were taking no more viewings? sold 7/8 weeks Ago yet This property is still not showing as sold on rightmove why? Maybe to get other houses sold and/or gazumping ? Strange and Not very professional in my eyes.
Just got the keys to my first house and need to thank these guys first and foremost for a brilliant service. Fiona during the earlier stages of purchase and Guy during the latter stages were both fantastic and helpful. When I eventually become a seller I'll use these guys straight away. 5/5!
Excellent Excellant Excellant A massive thankyou to Fiona who was always on the end of the Phone and Kept us upto date with what was going ongoing above and beyond what she needed to After sitting on the market for 12+ Months with Jackson Green and Preston we lost all hope in selling our property and didn't get any help from jacksons. We sat off the market for 2 months and kept seeing loads of Pygott and Crone Sold boards in our area. We got them out to value the house, seeing there fees where £200 more had me worried however we thought if they sell it what's £200 in the scheme of things. They listed the property for us and the same day viewings where booked in. They sold our house in 5 DAYS !! We couldn't believe it, and to top it off there sales team negotiated and we sold for full asking price. The after sale service was just as good and they kept us in the loop about the next stages and what was to come next. I cannot thank the team at Grimsby Branch enough especially Fiona and I will and already have been recommending them to everyone. Excellant and a Pleasure to do business with you A** Highly Recommend
Be very wary. I signed up for their services on a Sole Agent contract NOT a sole seller. I then sold my house privately after not being very successful with them and they are trying to take me to court saying that I still need to pay them. Check your contract VERY carefully and even then be careful as they will use the small print against even though it is open up to interpretation. A very underhand agent.
The agents have been very personable and thoughtful. In particular a lady named Fiona, she understood our family dynamics and what we were looking for. Fiona kept in touch throughout and made us confident of the proceedings. Thankyou The Howells family
Although we sold our house through another estate agent in Cleethorpes I can not speek highly enough of Fiona at Pygott and Crone. Fiona put more effort into trying to source a suitable property for us than all the other estate agents put together.
