Highly recommend Choice Properties. We are buying are first house and the process has been so smooth. Drew Simmonds has been super helpful, and always checking in on us to check how the process is going and if we need any help, which has really put us at ease. I have no hesitation in saying that Choice Properties in Mablethorpe are a fantastic Estate Agent. From start to finish, they kept me informed of how my Sale & Purchase were progressing. I had a few scary moments along the way but the staff put my mind at ease. Hannah, Kayla, Drew & all reception staff - give yourself a big pat on the back. Just bought my house through Choice properties and Hannah and Kayla have been absolutely amazing! It was a very stressful move cross country and with a solicitor who was incompetent but the ladies kept on top of chasing everyone and kept me informed at every stage. From the first phone call to the facilitated viewing, and through to completion, Choice Properties have been professional and helpful.
