Fantastic caravan, very clean throughout, and all the things you forget to bring are in the spare drawer. Cooking utensils are plentiful. Lovely quiet corner of Butlin's, Central to all amenities, We will be definitely booking again.
Poor caravan although paid for gold plus. Dirty. Also we put a review on after our holiday and it was honest but because it was bad, we got threatened by the owners with voice mail and email! If we didn't take it down they would contact all the hotels etc and blacklist us. If we hadn't just lost a family member we would have taken it further. As it was we couldn't be bothered, had enough stress as you could imagine. You've got to take the bad with the good I'm afraid and if you can't, do something else. Very unprofessional. Don't know who they think they are!? Avoid at all costs. We will never use them again.
Lovely caravan park, neat and well maintained. Our caravan had some issues with one bathroom shower not having hot water but we made do with the second bathroom shower. Plus renting a caravan with them means you get up to four free daily passes to Butlins resort itself. There's a launderette on site too. Nice and peaceful holiday site.
Been a good 15 years since ive been here. Still we chose a caravan as we are a noisy family so were not banging above anyone. Only on day 2 and this place is as good as i remember. My children are 2 and 3 and love it here we will be back next year and also to other sites this year through sun holidays
Caravan looks nice, however not big enough for a family of 7. Far too small! Fixture and fittings are rubbish. Toilet roll holder falls off all the time, light stopped working in the bathroom, Also Wasn't very clean when we got there. Wouldn't stay here again.
We love it here we own and rent our Caravan out Butlins is also Great place so you can have a busy and enjoyable Break and Skegness is going up in the world
Great caravan park stayed at 34 Parkside the caravan was spotless entertainment for kids outstanding. The after service second to none had slight problem the box for mother in law scooter not been left this situation was resolved in no time so impressed re booked as soon as I arrived home would recommend Cindy's caravans to everyone thank you for a great holiday.
100% would not recommend staying in a caravan, freezing cold as there was no heating i have a 1 year old who wouldnt settle because of this no bed sheets, manky pillows, marks all over pillows and blankets, blood on toilet door, urine splashes on both toilet seats, the whole site smells like feces and no bed for the baby to sleep in, totally ruined our holiday.... Thanks butlins

Brilliant holiday park the swimming pool is fantastic there's great entertainment and a good selection of places to eat and drink
