I generally just do classes here and there is a great selection of classes at various times to suit my schedule, the gym itself is well equipped with loads of machines and weights, and even when busy its looks like you’d get a space.nTonight I did Ian’s “RIDE” class and as always very good and I leave the gym feeling as tho I’ve had a great workout in such a short space of time.nAll the PTs are friendly and approachable and I wouldn’t hesitate to ask them for guidance if I needed it.nKeep up the good work.

Such a great gym!  The change rooms are always clean and well stocked. The equipment is regularly cleaned by staff, and is always in good working order.nThe staff are fantastic, always able to answer any questions, and seem to be genuinely happy to be there to help.nI had an issue with membership, and the manager Liv was able to sort it out quickly and efficiently. She is great!!!

This gym has such a large variety of machines/workouts available and also covers a massive area meaning there is plenty availability even during peak hours. It is well air conditioned, spotless and a fresh environment to work out in. As a woman, I felt completely safe and comfortable here, especially as there are people of all abilities and many staff members, should you need their assistance.

An amazing gym with great equipment, great staff and a brilliant atmosphere. One of the best gyms I've ever been to.nClasses are brilliant too!nOne of my best highlights would have to be working with Tiphannie, she helped me overcome a lot of gym anxiety and get me to a place where I'm 10x more comfortable than I've ever been in a gym. Very structured plan and guidance. 5 stars.

This gym has some great classes to improve strength, mobility and fitness. All instructors are very helpful. My experience has been great so far.
