A high level of knowledge and professionalism is only some of the words which I'd use to describe all if the guys at CN fitness. From starting off as someone who wouldn't have dared walk into a gym, had never picked up a barbell, I now eat, sleep, train, repeat. CN fitness guided me though improving my diet through structures meal plans which i could follow, to building different  workouts which challenged me continually. The camaraderie, banter and support from all the guys was second to none, couldn't recommend these guys enough. So long as you bring the effort and commitment, these guys can help achieve your goals.

I'm pretty new to CN Fitness but I am so pleased with the results so far.  Matt is my personal trainer and he gives me a wide variety of exercises to do.  I find each session challenging but he is so encouraging and he pushes me further each time but never beyond my limits.  I am feeling stronger and fitter and enjoying the sessions more and more.  It is a lovely place to train.  Everyone is so friendly and helpful.  I would highly recommend.

CN fitness is amazing! The exercises I am given are tailored completely to my (ageing) body, with an emphasis on getting the form right, so I always feel safe and confident doing them when I am on my own. I have made amazing progress in the few months I have been going, and not only do I feel fitter, stronger and generally better, I look it too. I can't recommend CN fitness enough - and indeed I have done so. If you are thinking about getting yourself a personal trainer, go to CN fitness first, they are knowledgeable, friendly and won't let you slack!

My personal training experience at CN Fitness has been life changing and improved my fitness, strength and eating habits. I focus on a plan now when I go to the gym as CN Fitness provide you with your own workout plans to keep track in your own time and I wish I had found them sooner. The personal training is in a private gym so you can train and focus on your goals and technique without loads of other gym goers hanging around the equipment. They also have a weekly boot camp class which is way better than any gym class I've ever done. Everyone is super friendly and you really feel like you have achieved a proper workout afterwards!

I have totally transformed my body while training with at CN fitness. Going from having never used the gym to learning how to exercise and eat properly, lose over 30lbs and achieving one of my ultimate goals of competing in a figure competition. 
The sessions are always challenging but also enjoyable, and the atmosphere and banter from other trainer and clients is great. 
If you are looking for an amazing group of personal trainers, working from an amazing facility dedicated to personal training, CN is the place for you.
