The best gym in Aberdeen by far with tentative coaches who are excited to help you progress. The atmosphere is fantastic with busy classes filled with positive, encouraging athletes. 
The fundamental crossfit classes are a great way of learning key movements and developing your fitness in an positive atmosphere.
