Very good family run health shop. Nishma and the team helped me with all my problems and advised me on what vitamins and supplements will help me. I am happy to report that since taking the vitamins my condition has improved a lot. Really recommend.
What a lovely local shop. Nishma, owner, is so helpful and well informed about all of the amazing health supplements and foods. It’s a super calm and welcoming environment. Will defo be returning soon.
I have been visiting this shop for over 10 Years now. I will only go to pure health for products for my family. Staff are lovely, knowledgeable and honest.
Went in for some advice and medication. Really friendly staff. Didn’t feel uncomfortable to ask loads of questions and the person we spoke to was very knowledge. He showed us various medicines. Fingers crossed they will work. Would recommend definately.
Superb Service and Advice I have been extremely please with the advise and service given by the owners. Above all, they delivered the supplements to my door step with a smile. Even when a product is not in stock, they made every effort to order it urgently and delivered it to me the next day. The value of local family owned businesses is an asset to the country, as the advise and service given, compared to the other heath food shop which belongs to a chain, is incomparable.
I normally go to Holland and Barrett however in these uncertain times, they had not stock and did not answer the phones. I called Pure Health and spoke with Vish, he was helpful professional and polite. I ended up buying 3 different items and 5 of each as his prices where competitive and I have to say the service totally outstanding. He is a local shop and from now on I will be supporting this local shop and making all my purchases from him. Thank you for being helpful and I have to say your service is 6 stars, you go above and beyond and you showed customer service at its best. Please support and buy from this shop, great products, great brands and if they have not got stock they get it for you very quickly. They also deliver to elderly, vulnerable and anyone in isolation, this is fantastic.
I visited the store seeking an alternative medicine for an on going problem. The owners wife listened attentively and advised me that her husband would contact me, He called me the following day and after further discussions offered to research into my medical problem. He recommended several things to help and I am pleased to say that after 3 weeks there has been some improvement. Its early days but I intend to continue with his suggestions! Pure Health gives a very personal and professional service. Thank you!
Coming from a foreign country I have been looking for a specific item I couldn’t find anywhere until I was recommended this shop by a friend. The owner’s wife was welcoming, friendly and very helpful. She gave me several useful advice. I came to buy one item and I left the shop with a bag full of items as they have an immense range of products.
My fave health store! Great products, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff and local. The staff are approachable and offer fantastic customer service.
